John Kreese is a fictional character who appears in The Karate Kid franchise created by Robert Mark Kamen. He serves as the main antagonist in The Karate Kid and the second and third seasons of Cobra Kai, the overarching antagonist of The Karate Kid Part III and the first season of Cobra Kai, the opening antagonist of The Karate Kid Part II and the secondary antagonist of the fourth season of Cobra Kai. He is played by Martin Kove in most appearances.
