Being capable, efficient workers, and able to
accomplish a lot.
They are able to easily recover from setbacks &
easily move forward.
Being incredibly hard working and make excellent
providers.
struggles:
Feeling guilty & selfish when they prioritize
themselves over others.
Prone to easily burning out from putting others'
needs before their own.
They feel resentful or neglected when others don't
prioritize them in return.
Feeling they cannot or should not say no when
asked for help/support.
