Teal Swan (born Mary Teal Bosworth; June 16, 1984) is an American spiritual influencer and author.The Guardian and the BBC have criticized Swan’s teachings on how to manage mental health issues, and her approaches to promoting those teachings to gain followers. Swan and her teachings are the subject of documentaries and podcasts.
