James Isaac Neutron is the titular and main character from the film Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and its spin-off Nickelodeon computer animated television series The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius. Created by show runner John A. Davis, he is voiced by Debi Derryberry since the test pilot premiered in 1998.
